Founded in Barcelona in 1996 by Joana Bover, a trained designer and set designer, the brand has built its reputation on distinctive artisanal craftsmanship: each light fitting is hand-assembled in the Barcelona workshop, using local materials selected for their durability and finish. Glass, metal, fabric and wood are crafted using traditional methods to create contemporary designs with a strong aesthetic impact.
Bover collaborates with renowned designers, including Benedetta Tagliabue and Christophe Mathieu, on collections that draw inspiration from Mediterranean and Eastern cultures. Its light fittings are featured in prestigious private residences, hotels and restaurants around the world. The brand is now distributed in over 60 countries.
