1. Introduction
The term RODALIGHT in these general terms and on this website refers to:

2. Offers
If an offer is subject to a limited validity period or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.
An offer includes a full description of the products and/or services proposed. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the buyer to properly assess it. Our offers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the seller.
3. Illustrations
All product images, specifications, sizes or data on the RODALIGHT website are provided for information purposes only and are non-contractual.
4. Ownership
Where applicable, RODALIGHT retains ownership of all delivered products until full payment has been received (including any interest or costs outlined in the applicable agreement).
5. Warranty and conformity
The buyer must inspect the products upon receipt. If the goods appear incorrect, damaged or incomplete, the buyer must inform RODALIGHT as soon as possible before returning any products.
Possible defects must be reported in writing:
- for purchases: within 7 days after discovery;
- in all other cases: within a reasonable timeframe.
If the delivered products are non-compliant, RODALIGHT will repair or replace them free of charge or agree on compensation with the buyer.
The buyer cannot claim warranty if the products were misused, exposed to abnormal conditions, mistreated, or repaired/modified by the buyer or a third party.
6. Liability
RODALIGHT cannot be held liable for any damages — including indirect or consequential damage or loss of profit — except in cases of deliberate or gross negligence. RODALIGHT is not liable for errors or negligence of its suppliers or agents.
Civil liability and potential damages are always limited to the invoice amount or the maximum amount covered by RODALIGHT’s liability insurance.
7. Complaints handling
Complaints relating to the execution of the contract must be submitted within 8 days to
info@rodalight.be or by phone, after the buyer has discovered the defect.
Claims regarding products will only be accepted within 8 days of receipt. Goods travel at the recipient’s risk, even in the case of free delivery. The recipient must perform all required formalities for claims against transport companies (reports, statements, etc.).
Late payments are subject to interest at 12% per year. After formal notice, invoice amounts are increased by 20%, with a minimum of €80.
RODALIGHT replies to complaints as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt. If more time is needed, a confirmation is sent within 14 days with an indicative timeframe for a detailed response.
8. Disputes
Contracts between RODALIGHT and the buyer to which these general terms apply are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
A dispute will only be examined if the buyer has submitted a complaint in time: the complaint period for goods received from RODALIGHT is 7 calendar days.
Privacy and cookies
RODALIGHT treats personal data as confidential and will never share, rent, or sell it to third parties. The buyer may access and correct their data at any time. The buyer may request that RODALIGHT stop using their data for information purposes. This can be done in writing to RODALIGHT SA, Rue des Cottages 73, 1180 Brussels, or by email to
