Under no circumstances can RODALIGHT be held responsible for damages, including any additional compensation, compensation for indirect losses, consequential losses or compensation for write-offs (by the purchaser and/or third parties) except in the case of intentional damage or egregious damage on the part of RODALIGHT. RODALIGHT cannot be held liable for errors or negligence on the part of its suppliers or agents. The third party liability of RODALIGHT and the amount of compensation are at all times limited to the invoice amount for the products or the maximum value paid in this case by the third party liability insurance held by RODALIGHT.

Complaint handling

Complaints relating to the performance of the contract must be made to RODALIGHT within 8 days, to the following address: or by telephone after the purchaser identifies any faults. Claims relating to goods shall only be permitted within 8 days of receipt. Goods are shipped at the recipient’s own expense and risks, the same applies to postage paid shipments. It falls to the recipient to undertake all usual formalities to establish a claim against hauliers in the event of delay, damage, losses as observed, reported, etc. For any late payments, interest shall be applied at a rate of 12% per year. In the event that payment is still not made after official notice to pay, the invoice amount shall be uplifted by 20% or a minimum of 80 euros.

Complaints sent to RODALIGHT shall receive a response as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer than expected processing time frame, RODALIGHT will issue a response within 14 days, acknowledging receipt and providing an indication of when the purchaser can expect a more detailed response.


Contracts concluded between RODALIGHT and the purchaser, to which these general terms and conditions apply, are governed exclusively by Belgian law. A dispute shall only be examined if the purchaser has first submitted a complaint to RODALIGHT within the time frame referred to above: the complaint time frame for any dispute relating to goods received from RODALIGHT is 7 calendar days.
